Stripe is used to process Credit Card payments, hence removing the burden of PCI compliance from you. Stripe is secure and the processing fees are really great. But just like PayPal, you must configure your
Stripe API Keys so that your application can communicate with Stripe servers.
If you do not have an account with Stripe, head over to Stripe and create a free account. Once you are logged into Stripe, you can switch between
TEST modes. Have a look at this Stripe documentation on how to obtain your API keys.
Once you obtain your api keys, you will need to enter them in following `.env’ environment variables:
Please also note that you will need to change these keys and put in your
TEST keys when you are still testing your application, and your
LIVE keys when your application is ready to go live and start receiving payments.
